The Start

About a year ago USAT recruited me to start Triathlons. At the time I was only focusing on school and running, but the idea of swimming again was too much to pass up. At age 8 I already had a huge passion for swimming, which continued on throughout my HS career. After HS I walked on to the Badger (University of Wisconsin-Madison) Swimming and Diving team where I was a multiple time Big Ten Participant. I then switched to Track and Field at UW Madison where I was blessed with a gift from God. In a few weeks I almost quailafied for NCAAs. The following year I was an All American.
